{"id":847,"date":"2025-01-16T17:07:52","date_gmt":"2025-01-16T16:07:52","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/lab.rifugiodigitale.it\/mostra\/giulia-bersani-skin-eng\/"},"modified":"2025-07-15T17:30:19","modified_gmt":"2025-07-15T15:30:19","slug":"giulia-bersani-skin-eng","status":"publish","type":"mostra","link":"https:\/\/lab.rifugiodigitale.it\/en\/mostra\/giulia-bersani-skin-eng\/","title":{"rendered":"Giulia Bersani, Skin"},"content":{"rendered":"<p data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"390\"><em data-start=\"0\" data-end=\"7\">Skin<\/em> by Giulia Bersani \u2013 the first solo exhibition of the new cycle <em data-start=\"71\" data-end=\"91\">The Body I Live In<\/em>, dedicated to contemporary photography and conceived by Irene Alison, curated by Irene Alison and Paolo Cagnacci \u2013 places the body at the center of the lens as a boundary for claiming identity, a means of understanding the world, a pivot around which we build relationships, and a cry of rebellion.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"392\" data-end=\"906\">The body is sensitive matter, fertile ground, a shifting landscape. Giulia Bersani approaches it with her gaze \u2013 unafraid, unashamed. Close, very close, inside the folds of skin, in the scars, through the hair, between the legs. There is nothing reassuring about her rebellious bodies: they defy norms, expectations, the anxiety of judgment, and the tyranny of definitions. They are neither smooth nor compliant. They are naked and hungry \u2013 for life, for intimacy, for freedom. And they don\u2019t care about anything else.<\/p>\n<p data-start=\"908\" data-end=\"1281\">These are bodies that pulse, gasp, cry. Crossroads of desire and passion, fluid bodies made of fluids: sweat, blood, and saliva.
